Fit for Kids: A Course for Energy and Flexibility!

Fit for Kids is the perfect course for children aged 6 and up who want to improve their flexibility and body strength in a playful way. This special course can ideally be taken as a complement to ballet or modern dance classes, but it is also great as a standalone training.

In Fit for Kids, children learn effective stretching techniques that help strengthen muscles for correct posture and optimal functionality. We incorporate exercises from aerial stretching and use the world-renowned Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) program. These methods are not only fun but also incredibly effective in enhancing and maximizing success in ballet.

Whether as a supplement to other dance styles or as a standalone course, Fit for Kids offers children the perfect opportunity to boost their physical fitness while having a lot of fun!
