Courses for adults

Our Ballet for Adults classes offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of classical dance, regardless of your individual experience level. The Ballet for Adults classes are divided into different levels, ensuring that each participant finds the right level for them. Each class lasts 50 minutes and can be flexibly combined with other Ballet for Adults classes that follow immediately afterward. This allows you to design your personal training plan individually and flexibly.

In our Ballet for Adults classes, we place great emphasis on personalized attention, which is why the number of participants is intentionally kept small. This enables our trained teachers and dancers, who specialize in the Russian method, to provide intensive and focused instruction.

Whether you are a beginner or already have dance experience, our Ballet for Adults classes offer you the perfect combination of professional training and individual attention to continuously improve your dance skills while enjoying the joy of dance.

Ballet for beginners

Ballet for Beginners is the perfect course for those who have already acquired some basic ballet skills or have established a solid foundation in our Ballet Basics course. This course is designed for adults of all ages and teenagers aged 14 and up who want to take their ballet knowledge to the next level.

In Ballet for Beginners, we offer two specialized classes:

  • Ballet Barre: This class focuses on barre work, which is essential for developing strength, flexibility, and technique. Through targeted exercises at the barre, you will improve your balance, posture, and foundational movements.

Ballet Intermediate

Our Ballet Intermediate course is designed for those who have completed at least one year of regular ballet training and are looking to further develop their technique and expression. This course is perfect for dancers who want to take their skills to the next level.

Ballet Intermediate is divided into two main components:

  1. Ballet Barre Training

In the Ballet Barre Training, we focus on the classical sequence of exercises at the barre. The following exercises are performed:

Advanced Ballet

Our Ballet Advanced course is the next level for dancers who already possess solid ballet skills and wish to elevate their technique to an even higher standard. This course is designed for dancers who have successfully completed the Intermediate level and are ready to learn more advanced techniques and expressions.

Our Ballet Advanced course offers an intensive and challenging training experience that helps you further refine your technique and enhance your artistic abilities. We look forward to guiding you through this advanced level and supporting your progress!

Pointe Work

Our Pointe Training offers an exciting opportunity to elevate your ballet technique to a new level. This specialized training is available for beginners who have taken at least six months of ballet classes. However, as pointe work demands specific technique and physical strength, it is advisable to first obtain a recommendation from your instructor before booking this class. This ensures that your body is adequately prepared for the demands of pointe work and that you can perform the exercises safely.

Pointe Training takes place immediately after the regular ballet classes. Our ballet training is divided into two types of classes:

Repertoire Dances

Our Repertoire Training offers a fantastic opportunity for those who want to start from the Beginner Ballet level and focus not just on technique, but also on the artistic side of ballet. In this course, participants learn ballet dances and choreographies that they will perfect throughout the year.

Repertoire Training is ideal for dancers looking to expand their repertoire and enhance their performance skills. We design the choreographies to match the participants’ level, making them achievable for everyone, regardless of experience.

Special Men's Training

Our Men’s Training is specifically designed for men and offers a tailored opportunity to learn and perfect the nuances of male dance. This course focuses on developing the specific techniques and strength required for male ballet.

Men’s Training includes:

  • Jump Technique: The course places special emphasis on jump training and technique to enhance explosive power and precise execution.

Strength-Building Elements: We incorporate exercises aimed at building strength and stability to meet the demands of male ballet effectively.

Immediately following the Ballet Advanced training, we offer Pointe work. This additional course is recommended for dancers who have already mastered ballet technique at a high level and are ready to take on the challenge of dancing on pointe. Enrollment in this course should be discussed individually with the instructor to ensure that technique is sufficiently developed and the body is prepared for the additional strain.

    • Ballet Barre – This class focuses on foundational exercises and techniques performed at the barre.
    • Ballet Center – This class emphasizes movements and combinations in the center of the room, including diagonals and jumps.

To get a comprehensive ballet training experience, we recommend booking all three classes in sequence to cover different aspects of ballet. You can start with one class and progressively add the others as you advance in your skills.

Each class lasts 50 minutes and can be easily booked through our app. The technique of pointe work is adjusted according to the level of ballet training you have completed on that day. This ensures that you are challenged appropriately based on your progress and continue to improve.

Our Pointe Training provides a tailored extension of your ballet program and helps you further develop your technique and stamina on pointe. We look forward to guiding you through this exciting and demanding phase of your ballet training!

At the end of the year, typically in June, all participants have the chance to showcase their learned dances on a big stage. This performance provides a valuable opportunity to present what has been learned in a professional setting and to experience the progress in front of an audience.

This course warmly welcomes both men and women. We encourage everyone who wants to appreciate not only the technical aspects of ballet but also the artistry of dance to join our Repertoire Training. Working on choreographies allows participants to express their artistic abilities and connect with ballet in new ways.

We look forward to exploring the fascinating world of ballet dances with you and further developing your dancing skills!

    • Specific Technique: In addition to jumps, we work on other technical aspects crucial for men in ballet.

This course is intended for men who wish to elevate their dance technique and focus on the powerful and dynamic elements of male ballet. The exercises and content are designed to refine technical skills and improve physical strength.

Men’s Training provides a supportive and performance-oriented environment where you can develop your skills and master the specifics of male ballet. We look forward to welcoming you to this unique course and working together on your dance excellence!
