Stretching at BalletBoutique: Flexibility and Well-Being for Everyone

At BalletBoutique, we offer a range of stretching classes perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and enhance their well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, our classes are designed to help everyone achieve their goals.

Flex Club Stretching: The Perfect Start for Everyone

Our “Flex Club Stretching” class is ideal for beginners who want to gently stretch and strengthen their entire muscle system. This full-body stretching program helps to gradually improve flexibility, relieve tension, and increase mobility. Regular stretching not only promotes physical health but also improves posture and prevents injuries. By participating in this class, your body will become more supple and resilient, which is beneficial not only in everyday life but also in other physical activities. Everyone should incorporate stretching into their daily routine to benefit from these positive effects in the long run.

Lux Splits: The Gentle Path to the Splits

The “Lux Splits” class is designed for anyone who wants to achieve the splits in a gentle and effective way. This class is structured to help both beginners and advanced practitioners improve their leg flexibility. Through a combination of deep stretching exercises and special techniques, you will be guided step by step towards the splits without overstraining your body. The benefits of this course are numerous: In addition to mastering the impressive ability to do the splits, you will also increase muscle strength and endurance. The training also helps to strengthen the leg muscles and improve balance, which positively affects your overall posture.

Aerial Stretching: Flexibility and Elegance in the Air

Our “Aerial Stretching” class is a unique blend of stretching and aerial exercises that challenge both the body and the mind. In this class, you will be gently lifted into the air with the help of aerial silks, allowing gravity to help you deepen your stretches while relieving pressure on the joints. This course is ideal for those looking to improve their flexibility in a new, creative way. The movements in the fabric not only promote flexibility but also balance and body control. Aerial Stretching is especially suitable for people looking for a joint-friendly alternative to traditional stretching exercises while experiencing the elegance and lightness of aerial sports.

All classes at BalletBoutique last 50 minutes and can be attended flexibly. We offer both annual and monthly memberships, as well as single class passes, so you can always choose the option that works best for you and stay flexible. Whether you want to improve your flexibility, learn the splits, or try gentle aerial stretching, BalletBoutique has the right class to help you achieve your goals while harmonizing body and mind. Regular stretching will not only make you more flexible but also more relaxed and balanced—a worthwhile investment in every aspect of life.

Stretching is particularly suitable for a wide range of people, including

  1. Beginners in sports: Stretching provides a gentle introduction to movement and helps improve the body’s flexibility and mobility.
  2. People with sedentary jobs: Those who sit for long periods, such as in an office, greatly benefit from stretching as it helps relieve tension caused by prolonged sitting.
  3. Athletes: Stretching is important for athletes to keep muscles supple, prevent injuries, and enhance athletic performance.
